 Foy is American but moved to Germany to skate with Blum. She competed in paris and dance in the USA at the U.S. Junior Championships in Juvenile and Novice Dance. Coach Rene Lohse is the 2004 World Ice Dancing bronze medallist (with Kati Winkler). Coach Hendryk Schamberger competed at the World level in Ice Dancing as well (with Jennifer Goolsbee and Andrea Weppelmann).
