| Sadovsky wanted to learn how to skate in order to play ice hockey, but a coach suggested him to try figure skating and he stayed. His parents emigrated from Ukraine to Canada. He has a Youtube channel "Romsky" with more than 26 000 subscribers. Sadovsky missed the beginning of the 2023/24 season due to a knee injury and later missed competitions due to lost luggage and delayed flights. Coach Gregor (Grzegorz) Filipowski is the 1989 World bronze medalist and a two-time European medalist, representing Poland. |
